Procedure
Insert the ISO by connecting to Console.
We have Dell Server so I used iDRAC
You will get following options and you have to select the first option
Upgrade ESXi, Preserve VMFS datastore
Install ESXi, preserve VMFS datastore
Install ESXi, overwrite VMFS datastore
